Urban Fulfillment has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with one of the region’s largest retail and real estate conglomerates to jointly identify and secure strategic urban locations for its expanding dark store network.
This partnership aims to accelerate Urban Fulfillment’s regional rollout by providing access to high-potential retail and mixed-use properties, enabling faster deployment of urban fulfillment centers optimized for Q-Comm and last-mile delivery operations.
“This MOU represents a key step in strengthening our urban footprint and ensuring that our fulfillment infrastructure remains close to the customer,” said Rodrigue Nacouzi, Managing Director of Urban Fulfillment. “Partnering with an established retail and real estate leader allows us to scale faster and operate more efficiently across key metropolitan areas.”
